The Benefits of On-site Preventative Maintenance Check-ups
To guarantee optimal performance, avoid unexpected breakdowns, and lengthen the lifespan of your coffee machines, regular maintenance is essential.
With regular preventative maintenance visits from a qualified technician, the equipment can be optimised for maximum efficiency, thereby reducing energy consumption and costs.
Taking a proactive approach to maintenance can prevent breakdowns and equipment failures, helping to preserve the integrity of the equipment and ensuring that it operates as intended whilst meeting the manufacturer’s specifications.
Your Preventative Maintenance Visit
When we carry out our yearly maintenance visit, we will carry out a thorough functional test of your coffee machine and grinder. This involves cleaning the group heads, replacing gaskets, showers, washer, and boiler probe assembly. We will also inspect and adjust the steam tap, boiler and pump pressure, coffee levels, and grinder grind quality. If required, we will replace any worn-out parts.
It is advisable to schedule routine maintenance for coffee machines on a yearly basis, either every six months or based on the number of cups served.
To properly evaluate coffee machine maintenance service pricing, there are various factors to consider. These include the necessary tasks of inspection and cleaning, replacement of worn or damaged parts, calibration and adjustment, and preventative maintenance. The overall cost of maintenance services will vary depending on the complexity of the machine, the extent of necessary repairs or maintenance, and the location of the service provider. To make an informed decision about pricing, obtaining a detailed quote is crucial.
