When you choose to lease your espresso equipment, you can select the length of the lease term (usually 2-5 years) and make monthly payments by direct debit. One of the main advantages of leasing is that you don't need to make an upfront investment, meaning you can access our professional espresso equipment and consumables straight away.

Leasing also makes budgeting more straightforward, with monthly costs starting from as little as £1.50 per day on a three-year lease. Plus, lease rental payments are 100% tax-deductible, reducing your tax liability on profits.

Another benefit of leasing is that it allows you to preserve your working capital and incorporate other equipment into the coffee machine lease. You can spread the cost of the machine over its lifespan, reflecting its usage and profitability, and include ongoing maintenance costs.

Our most popular lease options include lease rental, where you pay profile 1 + 35 months and title to pay at the end of the term, and lease purchase, where you pay profile 1 + 36 and have no title to pay at the end of the term.

When it comes to tax relief, lease rentals offer our customers the most cost-effective option. On average, you can expect to receive around £275 in tax relief per £1,000 invested in capital equipment, compared to approximately £95 with a purchase option.

At the end of the lease rental, we will offer you a range of options, including purchasing the title of the equipment at a significant discount, upgrading your equipment, or removing the machine altogether. Please note that all leasing incurs a documentation set-up fee of £95-£150 + VAT and an annual service charge of £40.

When you lease your espresso equipment from us, the warranty remains as advertised on each machine type and ranges from one to two years, regardless of the lease term.
