This hands-on one on one course is perfectly suited to those who want to learn the fundamentals of brewing great espresso and texturing milk at home, under the direct supervision of our head barista.

This is an ideal course if you have a passion for coffee and want to expand your knowledge on the science of extraction of espresso and the perfect texturing of milk. The class will be taught in an informal, relaxed style aimed at the home Rocket barista who is looking to take their skills to the next level. 

The workshop will be hosted using a Rocket R Cinquantotto and Fausta espresso grinder.
